Mommy didn't teach me the "Wash Your Paws" trick yet but she taught me another one. I can look very sad on command. Hehehe! Check it out...
Mommy said I'll be a very good actress in one of those very depressing movies. Hahaha! I hope you enjoyed the video.

New Trick - Expressions
Heya guys! It's been some time since I've learned a new trick. Mommy's been sooo busy with this & that these past few months, that she's forgotten all about my tricks. Anyway, Mommy finally found time to teach me a new one & this trick sure was one hell of a hard one to learn! Usually I will only take about 10-20 minutes max to learn a new trick but this one took a few days & I'm glad to tell you, that I've finally mastered it! This shows that, patience pays! Woohoo! And I can't wait to show it off to you guys!
Ha! Cute huh? This is no easy trick to learn. There have been times when Mommy got frustrated when I couldn't get it but usually it will take a few days for me before it clicks in my head. And today, it did! I'm currently working on another new trick & it's called, "Wash your paws." Hehehe!
Anyway, here's me wishing Mommy that she'll get well soon. She looks pretty diseased right now with all those red rashes on her arms, legs & everywhere else you could possibly think of. Thank DOG none on her pretty face! Get better soon Mommy coz I wouldn't want you passing that skin disease to me. Just joking!

Blasting Off to Dogathon 2008!
We were at the Dogathon event once again! It was our 2nd time. The last time we went to this event was last year. This year's theme was called 'Aerospace'! We were there early to register for the games but there was a LOT of confusion & delay going on so Faith & another 10 or more participants missed the 1st & foremost main event which was called the 'Dogathon Race'. It was such a waste as she had a very big big chance on winning it but oh well!
There were already sooo many doggies & their owners when we arrived. It started to drizzle a tiny bit when this picture was taken but it was great becoz it kept us doggies cool!
Here we found this i-don't-know-what-you-call-these-things in the middle of the field. Mommy made me put my head in that hole & pose. People started to come forward to take a look & even one man self-volunteered to take a picture of me using my Mommy's camera! He called me an, "Obedient pup!"
If you walk to the other side, you can see strange looking creature robots decorated around the field! It was sooo cute!
Cheese!!! Hmm, I wonder if there's any pee-mails left on this stiff dude?
Tadaa!!! I'm an Astro Queen! Half robot/half alien/half dog. Hehehe! I even had two spinning propellers behind my box! Sooper dooper huh???
The other side of it. Can you see the Astronaut holding the Malaysian flag that my Mommy's holding? Sweet huh?! Unfortunately, it broke off after the parade by somebody... But nice huh?
Here's my flag. So what do ya think about my whole costume? Can you all guess how long it took for Mommy to complete the whole thing? Okay, I give you a hint. She took about 4 to 6 hours a day doing it bit by bit before & after work and it almost took her two weeks. That's more than 48 hours of pure back-breaking hard work!!!
The 'Space Idol' went pretty fast & there was only 11 contestants. I was put last becoz after the committee members saw my fantabulous costume, they wanted it to be a big surprise for everyone. When it was my turn, Holly Mother of Crowds! The crowd roared like monsters! I have never seen a crowd sooo huge before surrounding the main ring & cheering sooo loud for me before! They were very enthusiastic, lively & everybody went crazee when they saw me wearing my cute space costume. They were PAWSOME!!! You could feel the energy & the love in the air... Yeah bebe!
Could you believe this, but I was the ONLY one who wore a space costume following the theme this year which is 'Aerospace'? Immediately after I paraded around the ring, we walked in front of the judges & had our pictures taken a million times. No! A gazillion times! Is there such word? Then Mommy quickly took off my costume & we went straight ahead with the tricks performance. My gosh, the crowed went crazee again especially when I did my most famous 'Elephant Trick', 'Flip' & 'Take A Nap Trick'. Ooooh, I was sooo loving all the attention! FINALLY THE VIDEO IS UP!!!
I would like to thank 'tulipspeaks' for shooting the performance & uploading it up on Youtube. Hope you don't mind me posting it here for all mah other friends to watch. By the way, I liked the part when the guy turned off the music & then put it on again when I did the 'Take A Nap' trick. It's sooo very the cool! Everybody was very silent too...
But anyway, guess what? I WON the main 'Dogathon Space Idol' title & two other smaller titles which are, 'Most Loving Dog' & 'Best Related Theme-Based Costume' or something like that. Can you believe that I did not win the 'Most Talented Dog' title? I would have preferred that title to 'Most Loving Dog' but I guess it's okay. BGut I guess the 'Most Loving Dog' title proves that I've been given lots of luuurve or something like that. Hehehe! I'm not upset as I know everybody who saw me performing today will know what I did. I can't be sweeping the prizes all to myself right? Gotta be fair so it's okay. I mean, the most important thing is that I get the 'Dogathon Idol' title. And I did & my owners are so very proud of ME!
So, what do you think guys? Do you think I deserved it? I think I really did especially all the hard work my Mommy has put in for this exciting event.
Before the main games started, we strolled around & participated in some silly but fun doggy games. Faith & I were taken away forcefully by some strange people so many times to some strange places & then made to locate our owners in some weird mazes. We both panicked alot as you can see in the video below. We didn't enjoy it much but I must say, our hoomans are such weirdos. They squealed with excitement all the time when we found them on the other end of the mazes. Gosh!
Later the main big games started & Chloe and I entered for the 'Alien Says' game. This game is similar to 'Simon Says' except that there's no Simon but an Alien. You get me? Anyway, we both got disqualified pretty fast becoz it was kinda confusing after a while so both our Moms made the silly errors while we two did everything right. It's the same thing everytime right? I also joined the 'RESC-UFO' game but did not get anywhere. Mommy was too slow. She's not fit enough. Hehe!
Faith entered for the Agility Basic Jumpers organized by Pet-n-You people & managed to get 2nd placing! WOW!!! Big congratulations to her! Sorry no pictures or video of her in action. I on the other hand did not join the Agility trial becoz I entered for the 'Dogathon Space Idol'. It's similar to the beauty pageant thingy except that everything is done in one round. Check out mah PAWSOME Space costume!!!

Here's Mommy & I posing together. Look! Mommy's got her own alien hat too! We sure was the most compatible team but why does she look sooo grouchy here? You know, everybody was snapping pictures in front of me at this time.
While we were waiting for the prizes to be presented, our hooman M let us off-leash to play around a little. This was what me & Chloe did.
OMdoG! Chloe levitated!
After these shots were taken, unfortunately, I had a minor heat stroke. The usual signs of heat strokes are panting profusely, bright red tongue, vomiting (maybe with a little bit of blood) & more. I vomited one big stinky pile but mine did not have any blood. I looked terribly sick after that, was panting like crazee, was very exhausted, stressed & feeling hot. I guess, I just didn't know when to stop. But anyway, our Moms quickly took me to a shaded spot & poured ice cold water on me but actually, that was dangerous too. They didn't know until they read it in the latest Petster magazine they received today. But luckily I was fine & after a few minutes, I was back up & chasing balls again like I always do! Phew!
Just getting some ice message. Our hooman M gives the best ice massage ever! I felt sooo comfortable & almost dozed off. Really!
Check out our prizes. Sweet! You can click on the picture to biggify. (Thanks to Daisy for teaching me this new word) I won three quality doggy beds but they all don't fit me! So two will be given to Faith & the smaller one will be given to my stinky kitty Tinkerbell sista. Won bags of doggy clothes too but non fit me too so all of them goes to Faith also. Anything left for ME???

I'm sooo looking for the next Dogathon event coz I think Dogathon is the MOST exciting event sooo far for both doggies & their owners! Just hopefully everything will run much smoother the next round...

How To Eat A Burger - Doggy Style
This is a easy step-by-step manual on "How To Eat A Burger" the right way. I know many of you here who are especially food lovers tend to swallow the burger bun whole without chewing or some of you, swallow the entire burger including the buns whole until you actually get choked. No, no, no, that's not the right way to do it. You must savor it slowly, enjoy it, appreciate it. Here let me show you how...
Step One: Bite a small chunk of the burger. Chew it slowly then swallow it. Give it a few seconds for it to go down before you take another bite.
Step Two: Bite another chunk out of it. Make sure you have a good balance of the meat & bread or else it will not taste nice. Believe me...
Step Three: Take another big chunk & another till there's no more left. Make sure before you finish it, tilt your head up a little so that you expose the inside of your nostrils just for the fun of it. If you're the type who's impatient & can't help it, have a hooman to help you out like mine. Yeah, I needed her help...
Step Four: Lick the burger wrapper clean & voila! You're done!
To add more fun, you could always shred the wrapper to pieces. I enjoy doing this all the time becoz it helps my digestion faster for some reason. Oh yeah it does!
ANNOUNCEMENT!!! The new Blog is finally opened to the public & the "How I Love My Kong" Photo Contest has officially started! Head over to the new blog right now to get started!
