Pool Pawty With Samara Joy!

First of all, my Mommy would like to thank you all for your encouraging words. She was sad when she didn't even make it through the pre-audition round. She actually talked about giving up immediately after she was rejected but after that she decided not to because of all the great support you've given her!

Now, the moment that you all have been waiting for. Meet our new younger or maybe older sista, Samara Joy but we all just call her Joy for short...

She looks like a mixy but she is a pure Golden! Looks like a Labrador now becoz she is still kinda bald. Hee!

She was found near a dumpster area near our home. She has been there for three days with no one claiming her nor feeding her. She was in terrible shape when we found her. She had maggots, bruises, tick fever, lots of ticks, skinny, she stank, matted, mangy looking & all that unpleasant stuff but surpirsingly, very hyperactive even in that horrible condition. She had to take some medications & had to be seperated from us for about 2 weeks. She was then brought to the groomers for a quick shave & bath. She looked & felt so much better after that!

The reason why she is called a Nutso is becoz she is! She is so hyperactive that she cannot stop moving. Every part of her body is wriggling like a worm. The doctor said she is a full adult becoz of the condition of her teefies but we say she is only about 1 year plus or maybe 2 the max. They are in pretty bad shape but it's getting cleaner each time my Mommy brushes it with some special toothpaste. But she really acts like a notty 6 month old puppy! I don't even remember myself being like her when I was a puppy.

She has no microchip in her. She probably belonged to some backyard breeder who later decided to chuck her for some reason. So mean. But now she's very very happy with us & we all get along together very well! Normally I don't mix well with other dogs of the same breed as me but somehow we both clicked. Heehee! She is incredible in Obedience. She is a natural at it & she enjoys it very much. Mommy started training her from the 1st week she was with us & now, it's barely even three weeks but she can now go off-leash & she sticks to Mommy's side like a velcro, watching her the whole time. Loverly! She is wayyyy better than me!

The Four Stooges looking at the camera.

She doesn't fancy the pool much so she stayed outside of it most of the time.

She stole my ball...

Oh yeah, she just learned how to hump Chloe's head today.

Faith & Chloe looking silly together...

Okay, enough about them. Look at gorgeous me! I am the only one who can lay down in the pool. Me is a good gal!

Moi's head under water!

Look! Compare our sizes & structure! Eventhough we both are fully grown adults, she is way wayyy smaller & leaner than me. She looks nothing like a normal Golden should look like right? But my hoomans don't care. Even if she's gonna be known as a non-pedigree by the Malaysian Kennel Association when she enters trials. We all love her no matter what she looks like or is known as!

Hi Amber-Mae! I'm so sorry to hear about those noodlehead judges, but at least your mom won't have to leave you now. I don't know what I'd do if my mom went away for a few months - luckily, she can't sing! Samara Joy looks like a sweetie, and I'm sure you and your sisters will have loads of fun playing with her. She's a lucky dog!

Wow, Joy looks like a bundle of Joy!!!! And what a nice name, Samara Joy! You fellas sure had a nice time at the pool. Are you thankful your Mommy found someone else to go bugggg and do OB? Hehehe...

Your new sissy is so lucky to live with you and your mom because your mom knows how to communicate with you guys and teach you cool dance moves and such.

I am jealous that you still have a swimming pool (and its so big).

Maybe the four of you will form a chorus line. If anybody can teach you how, your mom can.

Slobbers,
Mango

P.S. Phhht on those bad judges at your mom's pre-audition. Hope she tries again.

What a lovely lady! You have a house full of pretty girls. Big Pupi would be in HEAVEN with all of you, prancing about and showing off. He's a ladies' man you know...

We think that your home can use 2 more pups... Faith needs some spotted friends to even it out! Hee hee.

PS- I am seriously jealous of that fabulous pool.

Oh Amber, I am so happy that your mommy rescued Joy and also that you all have taken so good care and love her. You sure made my Mommy SMILE and us doggies too! Joy looks lovely! Thank you for caring!

Please tell your mommy not to give up on her singing because she has an awesome voice and she is sure to be a big star!

Oh, I some bad news about the new horse which we haven't posted yet but it turned out after Allie's trai rode Bonnie that Bonnie did not like it and she just ask Bonnie the horse to walk and Bonnie reared up and flipped over and landed on the trainers leg but luckliy everyone was okay and the arena where she was ridding was well padded. Mommy says it was so scarey and that this horse wasn't meant for Allie. Sad but mommy says Allie safety is most important and we agree. The trainer said she could work with Bonnie but Mommy didn't want to take chances. Bonnie was so sweet when Allie groomed her and braided her tail but she just doesn't like to be rode. I am so glad the trainer tried the horse first because Allie probably would have gotten hurt. Allie and Mommy are taking a new horse out for trial and it is very cute, a paint horse and Allie already rode him and he was calm and very friendily. He was a previous kids horse so he hopefully will be perfect. I will keep you updated.

We are so happy about JOY!

Hi Joy, you are a sweetie! And you couldn't find a better home than this one. Sorry to hear about the audition. LS said she has watched before the previous one and she thinks that those judges could be really biased. Oh well, it's their loss, really.

{Post by Clancy} What a loverly story. I was also a lost, unwanted, and miserable dog when my Mommy took me in. Now I lay at her feet and look up at her with love and gratitude in my eyes. Aren't people great? Well, some of them anyway. I'm glad you found a good home. Doggie Kisses, Clancy the Pomchi from Darling Dinky Dogs. Woof! ^..^
