Did A Little Shopping

Hey friends! Sorry for MIA for more than a week. I totally had nothing to do nor post. We just had our baths two days ago & now we smell sooo stinkyfied. Just did a little shopping yesterday with mommy. Bought some stuff for the International Goody Exchange but unfortunately, couldn't buy anything much as there wasn't much variety in the pet shop we went to. But we'll do some more shopping soon, somewhere else!

The Salty Dogs Are Back!

Hey guys, we're finally back from the long trip! We are soooper doooper exhausted but we had a pawsome time. We went to Cherating which was 6 hours away from where we live & we stayed at Ruby's Resort. I tell ya, that place is sooo kewl & Ruby and her staff were sooo friendly & welcoming. They loved us doggies too! We went with a big group of people and doggies & we all stayed there for 3 days & 2 nights. Okay, let's not blab too much & get on with the peektures. Now bear me guys, this post is gonna be very looooong...

This was our cottage. Actually it's a big yellow cottage but it was divided into two so our room was kinda small but really cozy. See, we posed prettily!

Before I show you guys the inside of our room, let me be your guide dog to show you a few places around in & outside Ruby's Resort.

This was our loverly garden which had alot of interesting smells...

This is the walk way just outside all of our cottages where you can do alot of running or walking. There were also alot of coffee tables & chairs outside for the hoomans to have their coffee or their meals...

Woah, the waves were kinda strong & we had a difficult time trying to go deeper. The waves kept drowning us & pushing us out to the shore all the time!

This is the first time we've ever been to the beach & we thought the water tasted really salty. And it burned our eyes too!

Later, I found a twig to chew on. It was quite tasty!

Then I looked gorgeous for the camera...

Faith decided to stay out of the water after a while coz she found it too cold. She'd prefer basking in the sun anytime!

In the evening, while all hoomans & doggies were waiting for the BBQ pits to get hot so that they could have their din dins, mommy & I decided to have a little stroll in the beach.

Then we found this tire tied to a branch. I don't know what it was for but I could jump through it. Mommy was impressed that she made me do it many times. Ugh!

We had barbecued lamb with rice for din dins. My hooman M brought raw lamb meat which was not marinated & it was for doggies only. She didn't allow us to have too much of the hooman ones coz they were marinated & are too salty. I mean, how much salt can we have? We just drank one gallon of salt water earlier on. BOL!

After that, I decided to stand on top of the tree house to guard. I'm a natural at this if you ask me...

Next morning, we were fresh & ready to go to the beach again!

But 1st, we had to have some good stretching. Here's me & Chloe playing bitey face. It's good to exercise the jaw muscles...

To stretch my aching legs & limbs, I walked up & down the tree house stairs.

Then I decided to join Jiro & Ayako's hoomans for coffee.

And again I looked gorgeous for the camera...

And then off we went to the beach!

Here we go again. Wheeeeee!!! This is so fun! Guys, sorry for the misty peektures. Silly mommy forgot to warm up the camera after leaving it in the air conditioned room for a very long time.

We are sooo enjoying ourselves!

Ahhhh... Sun bathing... Feels kinda good.

After the fun, we had to take our baths. That really spoiled our day!

As we were sleeping, we smelled something deeleecious out on the patio. This was what we saw. Yummerz! Mommy ordered lunch & guess who are those nuggets for? Who else. Hehehe!

On our last dinner at Ruby's, all the hoomans wanted to go out & have din dins somewhere else with their doggies but our mommy & hooman M decided to stay & order crabs from somewhere else instead. My hooman M ordered about 4 kgs of it & it cost a bomb! Later on, our hoomans found out that they ordered a little bit too much. We are always there on their sides anytime if they needed help... Hee!

When the others came back, I decided to join these two's conversation. I wonder what they were laughing about?

Late at night, we sat on the tree house with mommy. We were always on time to do some guarding...

We are the fierce guard dogs. We did manage to see a few things lurking in the dark. Ruby said that there are wild boars, hunters & even spirits in the middle of the night. Faith saw a few already in the jungle even my hoomans heard weird noises behind the cottages too. It was sooo kewl & we aren't scared of them!

The 3rd & final day at Ruby's also meant, "No more beach!" becoz we just had our baths the day before. But unfortunately...

Oh well, served our hoomans right! So what does this mean guys? Hoomans should never bathe their dogs when it comes to holiday & beach. Agree? By the way, like my pink top? Hehehe...

Mommy dragged us out of the beach after that & we all had a walk in a big secluded empty land just opposite Ruby's Resort. The land is never ending I tell ya!

We can run around like wild doggies!

Later on, we had our 2nd baths, packed up, had our lunch & then left Ruby's Resort. We didn't manage to take a group picture coz the others left at different times & we were the 2nd last to leave. We miss that place already & wish we didn't have to go off so early. I think this is the best holiday we've ever had & we can never ever ever ever in a 100 years forget it becoz we can still feel it in our bones. Oh yeah...

Ruby, we will be back soon. You can bet on that!

Happy Mother's Day Surprise

Last week, my mommy, my hooman brudder & we three stooges planned a Mother's Day Surprise secretly behind my hooman M's back. Hee! We all decided to celebrate early instead of waiting till the actual day so we celebrated on last Wednesday. Mommy cleaned the house, bathed us doggies, had her bath & then both my hooman B & her rushed to a nearby shopping mall to do some last minute shopping & to collect the cake.

When they reached home, mommy decorated the cake very prettily, put the pizzas in the oven, re-cleaned the house again becoz our fur was all over the place, wrapped the presents, this-that-this-that, closed the door, switched off all the lights & we all waited patiently... The video below was when it was time to surprise our hooman M. Make sure you put your volume high enuf to hear. Hehehe!

Look how surprised & happy our hooman M was! She said she was worried that the electricity went off becoz it usually does but the porch lights were on & so were the other houses around. Then she was wondering why the house was so quiet like there's no one in. She thought we all went to sleep already but it was still too early. When she opened the door, she peeked inside before stepping in becoz she was worried there was a burglar inside or something but nu-uh... We sure gave her a good Mother's Day shock huh?!

This was the Mother's Day cake. Mommy ordered it plain so that she could decorate it herself. Isn't it just pretty? Guess what cake it was? Cheese Cake! OMdoG!!!

We had tasty mouth watering pizzas...

...and fattening fried chicken necks & backsides.

Before we started eating, our hooman M did the honors of opening her present. Mommy got her that loverly handbag & blouse! She's got good taste. Our hooman M loved them & she actually wore that blouse & used that handbag to work the next day.

Now it was time to dig in! Look at our concentration on that cake...

Ofcourse, always The Dogs get served first. We had to make sure that the cake was edible. Ofcourse it was & it was absolutely 110% deeleecious! The cake is soooo moist that it when you put it in your mouth, it just melts away like butter. We didn't even have to chew it!

I begged for more & ofcourse I got what I wanted... Hehehe!

Next course, was pizza! Ooooh, I love pizzas. I live for pizzas! I would give my life up for pizzas! I'm serious...

We basically got to try everything & here's me begging for some fried chicken bits. I'm sooo good at it! Now guess, did I get what I want or did I not? Sorry no prize for the right answer. Hee!

Oh, it's not over yet! We still had one more course left. Can you guess what we were begging for now?

Dessert! And we got Vanilla I Screeeeaaaaam!!!

We were very full from eating all those wonderfully deeleecious food but the pawty was not over yet. For my hoomans it was but for us, neh! Our hooman M was so very nice to give us her pressie package, to shred. Woohoo!

Phew! We sure were exhausted... What a mess I must say!

Before our hooman M had to go to bed for work the next day (I know, poor her. We wished she didn't have to...) we had a nice group picture together. Aren't we just cuties? And I'm including my hooman M too...

Happy Mother's Day Hooman M & Mommy too! Oh & not forgetting my doggy mom who gave birth to me & who gave me this wonderful brain of mine. I'm very sure my doggy mom was intelligent too but I don't know if she's still around coz she gave birth to me when she was 8 & now she should be 10 this year. You think she's still around? I would love to meet her one day but don't think I'd remember that well...

Just A Little Bit Of Chloe

Have nothing good to post this week. Have not gone to anywhere fun lately but we will be going to the beach this coming week. Woohoo! Totally can't wait for it as it'll be our 1st time at the beach. I wonder what the sea water tastes like?
