Goofy Clowns

Hey friends! Sorry for neglecting you all for so long. I feel so bad! The internet connection was a boo-boo for more than a week when it rained & those goo-goos had to fix the underground cable. Mommy was going crazy without the internet. I think she was having a serious internet hang over. Glad the internet line came back.

Anyway, last weekend, we went to
Dogathon 2009 & we had a good time although it was too hot for all of us to be having much fun. We did win a few silly games though & I won 3rd place for Agility Jumpers. Not bad for a saggy old Mama eh? Mommy & I entered for another photo contest & this year's theme was "Clownie & Doggy". So we two had to dress up like clowns & submit our pictures. We won 2nd place & the "Most Funniest" award. Check it out!

What da'ya think?

Sun, Sea & Surf in PD with The Pupplets!

Hi guys! We came back from Port Dickson yesterday afternoon but I was too exhausted to post about our vacation because we had non-stop fun for two days! We ALL managed to squeeze ourselves in two small cars plus bags of hoomie clothes + hoomie stuff, tons of towels, a bucket, a mop, our food, lots of drinks & even our monstah hair dryer! Remember that horrific loud "thing"?

Well, we all stayed in a really old villa in the middle of no where! It was located in a very private area where there were two empty bungalows on both sides of ours & we were surrounded by jungle. It got kinda eerie at night because the whole place was dark except our villa & if we were to scream or bark for help, I don't think anybody can hear us. And if we were to run away, we better find the right way out. BOL! Anyway, enough of scary stories, let's get on with the peektures!

Welcome to our really run down villa!

This was the inside of the house.

Here's an area where you can sit & chill. Just on my other side is a BBQ pit. We did not do any barbecuing because my hoomies were too lazy to make some.

Now check out how much luscious green land we had!

Wheeeee!!! We sure had a BIG toilet!

Me, being a good Momma as usual checked high & low if there were any monstahs that could harm my little kids or maybe atleast something small & hairy that I could chase after. Hee!

Mmm, do I smell cat?

Meanwhile, the kids were having fun sniffing everywhere.

Megan looking real serious...

She has my genes because she's got a very high drive for tennis balls. Me & her are always snatching this ball away from each others mouth. Look at that intense focus on her face...

Smack right in her face!

Wait a minute, are we forgetting somedoggy? It's the River!

We all got to eat our lunch & rest 1st before heading to the beach. Well, the beach isn't eactly behind our villa. It was further away but it would have taken around 5 minutes if we walked but we drove there instead & it only took us 1 minute. It was a good thing that we drove there because guess what? We spotted a big creepy crawly alligator-like lizard right on the middle of the road! Mommy said those lizards are very dangerous. I wonder why? We would have loved to say hello to it!

Oooo, what's that in the distance?

Ahhh, getting closer...

Almost there!

The BEACH!!!!

The pupplet's 1st time on the beach! They were very excited!

Ofcourse we adults jumped in 1st...

The pupplets stayed on retractable leashes. They still had the freedom to run around & go in the sea.

River & Megan did not hesitate to go in the water! Just look at Megan go! Both of them swam very well & they enjoyed it a lot. Lara on the other hand, was terrified of it. Surprise surprise! So my hoomies had to force her inside to get her to swim. She was over panicking that she was making some grunting noises & paddling so hard with her two front legs!

Oh, you see that little dot in the sea where I circled? Yeah, that's the fat Chloe trying to grab a coconut that was floating there. The coconut was too big for her mouth & each time she tried to grab it, it floated further & further away. After 10 minutes of attemtping to grab it, she gave up & came back to shore.

River loved to attack the waves!

We all really had a blast!

Immediately after we reached back to our villa, we had to take our stinking baths. Boohoo! Then we got dried by that big noisy monstah! That was so not fun.

Here the pups were all clean & fluffy. Their din dins were getting prepaired so they hung around in the kitchen. All of them sitting on command.

River mastered the Hi5 trick. He's very good at it.

Here we are in the car the next afternoon, heading back home. Faith was in the other car with the men hoomies.

Good-bye PD!

We sure had a sooper dooper time. We will come back someday!
