Here comes ME!!!

Hey everyone! Ahhh...this is my first post finally done by non other than ME! Ooo...I'm so excited! Anyway, would like to share something with you all doggies about something my mommy's recently complaining about. Yes, can you imagine? She's complaining about me, Me, ME!

She's saying that I'm becoming like my sista, Faith. Choosy about my food. I won't eat my dry kibbles but only nice juicy human food like fried chicken backside, boiled chicken liver, curry mutton, McDonalds beef burger, butter rice, oooh-ho-ho-ho...*begins to drool* How can she be complaining about something like this? She said human food is very fattening. Oh mommy, you should look at yourself in the mirror! My heart is SO broken right now...

Come on, can you guys eat dry kibbles everyday too? I mean first of all, it's hard, dry, it's in pallet shape & all of them taste the same doesn't matter what the flavor is, right? It's like eating sawdust everyday for the rest of our lives...How can we doggies survive eating "things" like that? NO!!! I'm not gonna let my evil mommy do this to me. I must fight for my rights! Heeeheeeheee, if I can.

But sometimes she does pity me & gives me some delicious cake & the remaining fried chicken she eats. Come on, look at my face? How can you do this to such a pitiful face like me? I'm sure you other doggies are getting a chance to eat human food too. I know our owners are not as evil as we think they are...I know they are just trying to do the best they can for us & feed us the best food they have in the market. But I still disagree with the dry food part!

Ah....I feel good!
Oh and by the way fellas, some goodie news here. My fresh milk has reduced & my titties are going down. I'm no longer in this false pregnancy fantasy thingy! Yipeeeeee...! BUT, my sista Faith has it now. Oh for DOGness sakes! Hope she'll be fine & back to her normal self soon.

Something to tell you all...

Hey everyone & every doggies, just something I want to tell you all. No no, no bad news or good news, don't panic & get too excited. Me Melissa, as Amber, Faith & Chloe's proud mama won't be the one who'll be speaking here anymore like I always do. But unless if I need to then yes ofcourse I will have to lah...But now, I will be dictating my Amber. Why her? Well, because this is her blog, duhhh...Just like any other doggie bloggers here on the net, it's the dog who's talking not the human! So everyone, this will be the last time for me talking here. Amber's taking over right a way. But ofcourse, I'm still the one who's typing for her. Hehe, how's she suppose to do that? She's got no fingers, LOL! Okay, see ya!

Oh yeah...It's mah Birthday!

Ahhhh! Chloe caught licking the cake!
Don't tell me you guys forgot about CHLOE'S birthday? Helloooo??? And no no no, there was no party this time. Hehehe, how could we afford it again after Faith's big birthday bash not long ago???

Chloe's new pressies...
Chloe: Hey, it's my pressie! Let it go!
Amber: Who said? No way I'm letting it go...
While those two monkeys were tugging, Faith got
to try lying down on the new comfy bed...
She just had one simple green cake, no major decorations on it & definitely not expensive like Faith's Dalmatian cake! But Chloe has more pressies than Faith had. All bought by her mommy. A new comfy bed, new soft toy balls & yes...a bag filled with 100 colourful plastic balls! Oh this is actually Amber's dream come true more than Chloe's...And you know what we did?

Picking...picking...picking...
Ahhh...yellow ball!
That's right! We threw it all over the floor. Joy! Now, which dog in this blogging world does not like balls all over the floor? Hehehe...

Chloe was so happy with her new rugby ball...
Gimme, gimme...Don't destroy it for goodness sakes!
That's it folks! I'm one year old...But still the youngest among the three, heeheehee!

Tata!

Update on Amber's Commercial...

This is one of the last few scenes where Amber was
required to lick the boy on the cheek
Phew...Yesterday was back breaking but it was nice back breaking day because Amber got to do eight scenes NOT three! Woohoo!!! She's featured almost everywhere but unfortunately she could not do the log scene because she had an accident doing it during the rehearsal day. But we felt much better her not doing it because we worry about her safety. You know, safety first! But that was not the end of the world for her because she had other scenes to do as well!

Amber groomed & ready for her photo shoot for the newspaper print ad...
Most of the scenes she was in were simple. All she had to do was just sit there with her family. There was also one scene where she was camping with her family near the same river she played on the rehearsal day. And what happened was, when she stepped into the river & realized that that was the river she played in on Wednesday, she went crazy & started running around like a monkey & getting herself wet! Eventually I had to get her back into position...Later, she had to be dried for her photo shoot for the newspaper print ad. When I saw the photos in the computer, it was incredibly beautiful! With the lighting on the side of her face...Wow, Amber looked very majestic with the little boy hugging her.

Amber looking for the baboon that ran past earlier on...
Just did a little trick for fun...
I'm not very sure when the whole commercial will be ready to be shown on TV but I think it'll take a month or two because one of the director is from India & the other one is a Malaysian director. But when it's ready, I'll tell you guys but still I have to ask their permission first because it's copyrighted. Will definitely tell you all when it's ready yah!?

Hallelujah!

This I must tell you all...Amber was picked to do an International TV commercial for a product from ????(I can't say from who without their permission) but it's very famous in most countries! Aaaaggghhhh!!! On our training day last Sunday, Amber & Big Boy(Mister K9 Malaysia 2007) were evaluated one by one by the interviewers. They both had to do things that they're able to do like Obedience, tricks & so on. They also had to do some stunts following the story board for the commercial & they were filmed at the same time so that the interviewers later can show it to their boss to make his/she decision to who will be more suitable for the commercial.

The gorgeous waterfall & Amber smilling in the river above the waterfall...
And guess what? Amber was chosen!!! Yahooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...! The reason why she was chosen was because in one of the scenes, the dog is required to reverse(walk backwards/take few steps back). Amber is a pro at it & that's why she was chosen! On Wednesday, Amber had her rehearsal day at FRIM(Forest Reserved Institute of Malaysia). She didn't do much on that day except that she had to get used walking on a log over the stream. Oh, and she also had a chance to play in the river above the gorgeous waterfall! She's so happy. You see the big smile on her face?

Ooooh...shoku-doo-dam!
Today, was her 1st day of shooting. She only did one scene today but it was a lot of fun for her as well as for me as her handler(had to make her stand on the bridge & bark happily). But then rain started to pour. It was cooling though after a hard day of work especially for a "hot dog" like her. She got to roam around the forest a little off-leash and played in the stream too. I can't wait for her next three BIG-BIG scenes tomorrow.

Will keep you guys posted about tomorrow, oh yes!

A Tiring Day at Ikano Pet Safari

Hurry up, wat'cha waiting for...?
Today, we brought our dogs to Ikano Pet Safari once again & it's the fourth time already but this is Chloe's first time again after many months after she was bought from there as a puppy by her formal owners.

Hung out in the park nearby Ikano for a while...
Faith: I hate elevators...I think I'm gona barf!
Our dogs as usual, are always in the center of attention especially Amber. Don't understand why people keep saying she's got nice fur instead of Chloe's? But there were a few who adored Chloe too because of her looks, fur & gentleness towards other people & children...Faith on the other hand was all blurr...blurr...as usual & don't know what was going on around her & why she was there. But she did like meeting new kidos. She likes kids & is always eager to meet them even little babies...After that, we went to the toy section for our dogs to pick out a toy they want. We don't choose, we let them choose.

People meeting the dogs...What a crowd I must say!
*sniff*sniff* God, why do they all look the same?
Hmmm...maybe this one! Neh...
Man, this is getting too difficult for me...
Eventually, she did find something that fancied her...
A guy there commented on me as a "terror" because Amber will do anything I command her to do. Hahaha...well, that's becoz she's well trained & obedient that's why! Then one Indian lady there commented on our dogs saying that they're very humble & very cool with anybody that comes around & touches them. That's true! Then this couple came by & immediately fell in love with our two Goldens & wanted to have them too! Hehehe, sorry but no can do...Our dogs also met one of the employer's male Golden there named Casper. He's a real gorgeous despite all his hair been shaved off because of some problem he had two months ago or so I heard...

Back at the park waiting for our din dins...
Amber strolling around in the park herself...
Oh, and this is really funny. There's a railing that blocks people from going too close to the puppies that are for sale in the glass windows. They build it there becoz many people keep on tapping on the windows & it tends to distress the puppies. So this male Golden was on the other side of the railing. He was so desperate to get close to our female dogs that he actually squeezed himself through the narrow railing. He eventually got stuck & it took a few minutes for the employer & my mom to push him back in. It was amazing that he managed to do that becoz...well let's just say, becoz he's PHAT!

Chloe & Amber totally knocked out on the way home...
Anyway, after spending three good hours there, we decided to make a move. But we didn't leave yet. We strolled in the park there again & then had McDonalds as our dinner & as well as the dogs too.

Amber's got False Pregnancy

Luckily she doesn't have alot of milk...
Yes, she's got false pregnancy. We only found out that she had this is when her titties became big & swingy. It also has milk in it. Amber's been acting totally not herself these past few days. She would not eat or even come towards us for food which is very uncommon & she would just sit outside in the porch, in a corner near the rock garden quietly & sadly. She would even lick the rocks thinking that they're her babies. Oh jesus...

Today, she went into the toilet in the kitchen twice & started to dig in the corner. I guess she was just looking for a place where she can be with her babies, in a warm dark place. She also kept looking up on the ceiling searching for something which I'm sure is her babies & start whimpering. Amber still does play with Chloe like normal, still doing well with her training & still has drive for her ball. She has lost a bit of weight & just don't want any food...This false pregnancy may go on for sometime.

False pregnancies is common in bitches but uncommon in queens(female cats). 90% of bitches suffering from this are not harmed but 10% of them are, which can cause tumor(similar to breast cancer) or even worse. I hope Amber's thing doesn't worsen. That means this shows that, she needs to be spayed soon including Faith because I definitely not want Faith suffering from this too...

Training Day...

Amber & Scruffy being obedient...
Errr...maybe that title needs to be changed. Not so much of a training day today for our dogs actually but more of a play-play day for them.

The three monkeys having a little chat in the field...
Every Sunday, our dogs have their usual OB training at Taman Desa which starts at 8.30am & we'll always end the day around 1pm. It's a nice place for dogs to be I must admit. Big open space, cool fresh air, full of green grass, plants & trees, nice secured badminton court & a open basketball court. This place is like haven for dogs! This park also has a huge football field below it. Everytime after training, we let our dogs loose to run free & wild till they get exhausted. My trainer though doesn't like the idea that we fellas let our dogs run loose. Not only us but others too but he's a nice guy although fierce looking, he doesn't mind at it times...

All of them were too tired to even sniff around in the petshop...
There are quite a number of people & dogs there. So many bootiful pedigrees & mixed breeds. Chinese, Indian & Malay joggers & tai-chee fellas don't seem to mind the dogs beeing around them. We all share the park at one time. Nobody seemed to bother us because they are so used to seeing us every Sundays. Oh & another great thing about this Taman Desa place, near the park, there are rows & rows of shops including a pet shop & a restaurant that serves the MOST delicious chao kuay teow I've ever tasted in my life! Oh, and it's dog friendly too! The people there love dogs so they don't mind the dogs eating with their owners. Sometimes after training, we & Janice (Scruffy's owner) go there to eat the yummy mee. We always see all the trainers there too chillin out & chit-chatting.

Reserved for later...

The smaller piece was behind her tongue...
Last night, when we bought some pasar malam food, I gave Chloe a raw hide shoe treat to chew so that she won't disturb us while eating. Then, in the middle of us eating, she came to the table to beg for some sweet corn. She suddenly made a funny whistling breathing sound. I looked at her shoe treat & I found that is was already halfway devastated. But Chloe looked fine & didn't look like she was choking or anything like that. She acted normally but just her eyes staring at the food...Eventually she stopped for a few seconds then started again. So I decided to open her mouth wide & see what's inside. And guess what I found, a piece of the shoe treat behind her tongue. Not even down her throat yet. I guess she just wanted to save it for later you know, keep it in there first & in the meanwhile enjoy some of the sweet corn. Such a monkey!

More Pressies

My dogs will always have to do something for me
1st before they can have anything...
Today, I've just received a package from a postman & it was from Pacco & Amanda! It was for Faith. Thank you guys! Just wish the other package you sent earlier with the small cute Dalmatian cup arrived but unfortunately, it did not...Blame the postmen!

The dogs were so excited to see what it was inside & they couldn't wait for me to tear it open. And guess what was inside? A cool rubber green coloured ScrewBall & a packet of Bow Wow Chicken Jerky treat! The dogs immediately walloped all the treats but I still managed to take a shot of Amber & Chloe balancing it & Faith didn't really play with the screwball but my Clo Clo loves it. She loves everything...

MPSJ Dog Catchers

Left: This was where the dog catchers came from. Right: This is where we bring our dogs for walk everyday.

This afternoon as I was walking my two dogs Amber & Chloe to do their business, Amber finally pooped & as I was picking up her poop with a plastic bag, I saw one big blue flashy jeep with flashy lights & a white van behind it with the name MPSJ written on them behind me.

I didn't expect to see them here in Puncak Jalil today but as I was trying to walk back home, the stupid Indian guy in the jeep actually scolded me to get off the field! I was like, what?! I couldn't hear what language he was talking but he put his arm out of the window & ordered me to get off the field NOW!!! The field is not a playground & there's no MPSJ sign board there that says dogs are not allowed to walk there. I asked myself, what did I do wrong? Is it wrong to walk in this field with our dogs? But I noticed he was the only one scolding me but not the other two in the jeep nor did the ones in the van. I felt he was actually bullying me as I was the only one there alone walking the dogs. And somemore, I'm a girl...

I just ignored & walked back home quickly because I was frightened that they will purposely cause harm to me & my dogs. I didn't go out after half an hour later. My mom accompanied me after that while I brought Faith & then Chloe out again becoz she did not have a chance to do it. And guess what we saw above the long stretch of field, Neo the mongrel dog running freely. I can't believe that those MPSJ guys actually scold the ones who are actually obeying the rules but yet let the ones who are running loose free. And my dogs were on leash & I also picked up Amber's poop with a plastic bag. And yet they scold me & demand me & my dogs to get off the field! Bastards...

Feel like complaining to the MPSJ headquarters & if we ever do see them doing that to us again, we'll 'bantai' them back nicely & sue them! How dare they do that, especially that Indian guy. Who does he think he is? They have no right doing that & taking our dogs away for no reason! I can see in their eyes that they actually HATE dogs. They really hate them. Pure evil in their eyes & no wonder many dogs die & suffer in dog pounds becoz they torture them! Sigh...
