Welcome & Hello Chloë!

Just adorable...Can't help looking at that face!

Announcement everyone! A new family member has joined us! We've just adopted another beautiful 10 months old Golden Retriever! She's got a big build, kind & gentle, good natured, cream in color, has very thick but soft fur, kinda like almost look like a bear, she has Richard Gere's eyes & is show potential.

At first I named her Anna Clare, then it became Clare, but my father said that Clare's a bit old fashion so he suggested Anna-Lea, then my mother suggested Leah, but I didn't like any of them except Anna Clare but then surprisingly, my brother who knows nothing about girls' names came out with a very sweet, kinda like a princess's name; Cloe. We all loved it until my mom came out with another name, Zoe, which sounded like a old woman's name...But we stuck to Cloe after that. We did a little research on the net to find out what this name, Cloe means. It actually means like a 'blooming flower' in Greek & indeed Cloe is! But then I changed the spelling from Cloe to Chloë with two dots above the letter 'e'. It makes it extra special...

Anyway, the reason why her previous owners gave her up was because they have two very young children & unfortunately, Chloë has knocked one of them down accidentally & caused a very big cut on the child's arm. Well, can't blame her right, what does she know? She's just a friendly dog & that's her way of greeting people...So on that day forward, she was left outside everyday with little human & dog interaction in a huge garden. She also stank & was a little bit filthy when we got her coz she always got wet from the rain & her undercoat never got dried properly. We gave her owners our telephone numbers & they kept on calling & calling us to take her like right now, "ASAP!!!" or straight she goes to SPCA. So we were like, what a waste for such a beautiful Golden to be chucked there...So, we adopted her on that very day.

It was love at first sight! She's just a Bonnie little Chloë...But ofcourse, nothing is stopping me from loving my two other dogs especially my precious Amber-Mae. Now that we have three dogs, there's more work to be done. Thinking of entering her for the Conformation Show in the Bitch Puppy category this coming March. But no guarantee that she can become a Champion that's for sure.

These are the cards we got so far...Just received two this morning. One from Baby & Boy and the other's from Thor the Dobermann's owner who is currently now in Sweden. That stoopid postman went and folded Baby & Boy's card, trying to put it on our gate coz too lazy to put the cards in the post box which was just three feet away. Now it's bent! All Cards Sent!

Okay those who're supposed to receive a Christmas card from us, they were sent this afternoon! So hopefully you guys will receive them safely onto your doorstep or in your post box, or wherever it's supposed to be! Depends on which country you're from ha...Now everything's done, hehehehe! Hope to see your cards too guys. Merry Christmas everyone!

Orientation & Graduation Day

Today is the day where Amber will receive her 3rd certificate & no medal again, how boring...I prefer medals & trophies than anything else honestly. I prepared a big rice pot of 'chao fan' (meaning fried rice in chinese) for everyone to eat & not to praise myself, but quite a number of people said that my chao fan was very nice. Hahaha, I & another friend of mine who also cooked fried rice challenged & most people went for mine. Wakakaka!!! I'm just glad that people ate my chao fan...

We even came prepared with our own plates, spoons, forks, paper cups & a bottle of coke. Anyway there wasn't much time for us to eat because the Graduation had started before anyone could even grab a plate. Finally Amber & I received the certificate and boy, wasn't I happy! So Amber's now officially an Intermediate!

It was great meeting new owners & dogs there. We really enjoyed ourselves! After the day finished, our dogs were let free to run around in the ring & not to mention, I'm now an assistant trainer for the Basic class. Isn't that great?!

Jingle Balls Everyone!

Yes...Christmas is coming up & I totally can't wait for the day to come! Our house is decorated with colourful shiny balls hanging down from a line of Christmas garlands under the awning, our bar/drinking wine section is also decorated with some blue balls and bells & even our front door is decorated!

Today we brought our two dogs to Ikano to hang out & mingle around with new people and other dogs there. And we also went shopping & bought cute Christmas stuff for them which includes a new premium dog food, Nutri Edge! Suppose to be "very good"...

You can do it!

My mom bought a new cage few days ago for my Amber to sleep in because she loves to lie down on cold floors & she tends to get sick from it. She always seem to be so hot all the time...This cage is the only thing to force her to sleep on the bed! Anyway, after bathing our dogs today I decided to put Amber in the cage to rest before Agility. But I thought I'll let her have a little fun 1st before resting which is for her to try & get her ball into the cage too!
